 General Membership to the CODA Products web site is FREE of
charge.
To apply for general membership, simply fill out the membership
application detail form.
Membership will be cancelled, without refund, if any one or more of
the conditions listed below are breached.

If you DO NOT agree with the
conditions below, do not proceed to browse, request information from, provide comments or
opinions to the "Coda Members Forum" hereinafter referred to as "CMF". |

By having entered
"CMF" you understand and agree that all copyright or service trademarks of all
parties will be respected. |

Further more, by having
entered "CMF" and or by using the information services or products referred to
in it you fully understand and agree the following shall apply: |

indemnified Coda Products Pty Limited, its officers, directors, employees and agents from
and against any claim whatsoever for damages, losses, costs and expenses including legal
fees or disbursements arising out of or related to your use of "CMF" or the

warranties expressed or implied, including the warranties of merchant ability and fitness
for a particular purpose or assumes any legal liability or responsibility for the
accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any information, apparatus, product or process
disclosed or discussed or represents that its use would not infringe privately owned

You will not libel, slander
or in any way depict an individual company, entity, product or service in a false light.
If you do so any legal consequences arising from such behaviour are to be accepted
exclusively by you. The content of all information you submit to "CMF"
discussion groups are solely your responsibility |

You will not post any
copyright protected information on the facility provided by "CMF".
"CMF" will not be responsible for providing notice of or enforcing any such
restrictions |

Any information provided to
"CMF" in connection with its Website shall be provided by the submitter and
received by "CMF" on a non-confidential basis. "CMF" shall be free to
use such information on an unrestricted basis |

By submitting information to
"CMF" you represent and warrant the submission, copying, distribution and use of
such information in connection with "CMF" will not violate any other parties
proprietary or legal rights |

Reference in "CMF"
to any specific commercial products, processes or services by trade name, trade mark,
manufacturer or otherwise does not necessarily constitute and imply its endorsement,
recommendation or favouring by "CMF" |

While "CMF" is
made available for the examination of valuable information of other members of the
automotive industry it cannot be held liable for false information, or any discussions,
instructions or ideas which lead to injury or loss of compensation. Manufacturers
guidelines should always be followed. "CMF" provides a means for more easily
discussing the beneficial use of such instructions. You must consult your official
resources and manuals before that of what you find on the internet, and confirm all
products and processes with the appropriate manufacturer or specialist before proceeding |
